Marathon Club is a bi-weekly newsletter which keeps marathon runners up-to-date on the latest, practical, easy-to-use information about marathon training, sports nutrition specifically tailored to the marathon, and injury prevention. Marathon Club publishes practical, timely new material which improves workouts, prevents injuries, and heightens overall fitness.

All tips are provided in layperson's language, so you can instantly improve your marathon preparations. The Marathon Club is a monthly membership, and all members will be automatically charged in advance each month. To cancel; simply email your intent thirty days, prior to the next billing cycle to avoid new charges. Issues are updated on the 1st and 15th of each month.
